These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Galliun platform, website, APIs, SDK, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, submitting a request to host an API, or accepting these Terms in the dashboard, you agree to be bound by them.

Galliun provides payment verification and API routing infrastructure for approved API providers and their end users. These Terms describe what Galliun does, what it does not do, and the responsibilities of API providers and end users.

Galliun is designed to help approved API providers monetise HTTP APIs, tools, MCP servers, and agent workflows with per-request blockchain payments using the x402 protocol.

Galliun generates payment requirements, verifies that supported on-chain payments match those requirements, routes or executes paid API requests, records usage and receipts, and provides analytics and administrative review tools.

Galliun does not operate the underlying APIs offered by third-party providers.

Galliun is designed so supported payments are sent directly from users to API providers and to Galliun’s platform fee wallet in the same atomic blockchain transaction.

When you pay for a protected API call, your wallet sends two legs in one transaction: the API provider’s share to the provider’s configured recipient wallet, and Galliun’s platform fee to Galliun’s platform fee wallet.

Galliun verifies both legs on-chain before executing or forwarding the paid request. Galliun does not receive the full customer payment on behalf of API providers.

Supported MVP payment chains are Sui and Solana. Other networks may be added in the future; availability is shown in product documentation and configuration screens.

Access to host and monetise APIs on Galliun is invite-only and subject to Galliun’s review. API providers must submit accurate information, maintain compliant endpoints, and accept these Terms before production use.

Galliun may approve, restrict, or decline API host requests at its discretion. New organizations may start in restricted mode until Galliun approves production access.

Only approved API providers may configure payment rails, enable endpoints, and receive provider revenue through the platform.

End users pay for API access with supported digital assets (currently USDC on supported networks) through compatible wallets.

Users pay API providers directly, together with a separate Galliun platform fee, through supported blockchain transactions.

Payment amounts, recipients, and request binding are disclosed in HTTP 402 payment requirements before a user signs a transaction. Users are responsible for reviewing payment details in their wallet before approving.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Users should verify endpoint pricing, recipients, and network before signing.

Galliun charges a platform fee on each paid request, calculated according to published platform pricing (including percentage take rates and any minimum fee). The platform fee is collected directly to Galliun’s platform fee wallet as part of the same transaction as the provider payment.

Platform fees are shown in payment requirements and receipts. Galliun may update platform pricing; changes apply to new payment requirements after they are published.

API providers receive their share of each payment directly to the recipient wallet configured on their payment rail. Galliun records provider revenue for analytics and reporting but does not hold provider funds.

Provider revenue timing depends on blockchain network confirmation. Galliun’s records are for operational and reporting purposes and do not constitute a bank or custodial balance.

Galliun does not custody provider funds.

Galliun does not maintain provider balances owed by Galliun for later withdrawal.

Galliun does not act as a custodian, escrow agent, or money holder for user or provider funds in connection with supported direct x402 payments.

Galliun does not provide payout services.

Galliun does not aggregate provider revenue into an internal balance and does not operate payout workers or scheduled transfers to providers.

Providers receive funds at the time of each verified on-chain payment, subject to network confirmation.

Galliun does not issue refunds on behalf of API providers.

Refund requests, billing disputes, credits, and customer support for API usage are the responsibility of the API provider that offered the endpoint.

Galliun may record dispute information and refund recommendations for administrative review, but such records do not obligate Galliun to return funds on-chain.

Because blockchain transactions may be irreversible, users should contact the relevant API provider for refund or dispute resolution. Galliun may disable endpoints that generate excessive disputes or operational risk.

API providers are responsible for refunds, credits, support, taxes, compliance, endpoint quality, and the legality of their services.

Providers must supply accurate documentation, maintain healthy and available endpoints, honor published pricing, and respond to user issues in a timely manner.

Providers must configure correct recipient wallets, keep API credentials secure, and ensure their APIs comply with applicable laws and third-party terms.

Providers must not misrepresent their services, pricing, or data handling practices on or through Galliun.

End users are responsible for securing their wallets and private keys, reviewing payment requirements before signing transactions, and using APIs in compliance with applicable law and provider terms.

Users must not attempt to bypass payment requirements, replay payment proofs, abuse endpoints, or use the Services for prohibited purposes described below.

Galliun does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any API provider endpoint. Upstream APIs, networks, wallets, and infrastructure may fail or degrade.

Galliun may block new payments for endpoints that fail health checks or present operational risk. Paid requests that cannot be completed due to provider or network failure do not create a refund obligation for Galliun.

Providers are responsible for maintaining endpoint uptime, error handling, and incident communication.

You may not use the Services for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, malware distribution, unauthorized data access, or any purpose that violates applicable law.

You may not attempt to interfere with payment verification, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape the platform in violation of rate limits, or impersonate Galliun or other providers.

Galliun may disable endpoints that are unhealthy, abusive, illegal, misleading, or high risk.

The Services rely on third-party wallets and public blockchains. Galliun does not control wallet software, network congestion, gas or transaction fees on underlying chains, or smart contract upgrades on those networks.

Users and providers are responsible for wallet compatibility, network selection, and any on-chain fees charged by the underlying blockchain.

Galliun verifies payments according to configured network rules and confirmation policies. Verification outcomes are based on on-chain data available to Galliun at the time of review.

Endpoint pricing is set by API providers and disclosed in payment requirements before payment.

Galliun may record payment verification data, usage data, receipts, endpoint logs, and dispute records.

Receipts and usage records show total amount, provider amount, platform fee, transaction identifiers, and request metadata where applicable. Records are provided for transparency and operations, not as tax or legal advice.

API providers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes associated with their services and revenue.

End users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from their use of APIs or blockchain transactions.

Galliun does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of providers or users unless required by applicable law.

API providers must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to their APIs, data processing, and customer relationships, including export controls, privacy rules, and financial regulations that may apply to their business.

Users must comply with applicable law when accessing paid APIs. Galliun may cooperate with lawful requests and may restrict access where required by law or platform policy.

These Terms do not constitute legal advice. Providers and users should obtain their own professional advice regarding regulatory obligations.

Galliun may suspend or terminate access to the Services, disable endpoints or payment rails, or restrict organizations that violate these Terms, present security or legal risk, or fail to maintain acceptable endpoint quality.

Galliun may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Suspension does not create a refund or payout obligation for Galliun with respect to prior on-chain payments.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALLIUN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Galliun does not warrant that any API provider endpoint will meet your requirements, that payments will always succeed on-chain, or that blockchain networks will remain available or unchanged.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALLIUN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

GALLIUN’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE PLATFORM FEES PAID TO GALLIUN BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Galliun may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page with a new version date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law. API providers may be required to accept the latest Terms version in the dashboard before enabling endpoints or payment rails.
